Registration Fees – Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.
More than 60 days before the event date: 25% of the total amount will be charged.
Between 45 and 60 days before the event date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Before 30 days of the event date: 100% of the total amount will be charged — no refund will be issued.
